RemarksThis Vulcan landed at East Fortune after they re-opened the runway ( including the removal of a roundabout at a road junction). The aircraft is significant as this was the plane which diverted to Rio de Janeiro after the refuelling probe broke during the Falklands conflict of 1982.

RemarksThe venue is East Fortune airfield, home of the Museum Flight hosts this 29 Squadron Typhoon at the annual airshow. The runways are now dug up for all bar the smallest aircraft ( although a Vulcan did land there to join the collection in the 80s). The weather was poor , limited visibility for most of the day but the moisture in the air did bring some benefits

RemarksRed Arrows in a refueling landing in LGIR one their way back to UK after a spring training at the Cyprus clean sky.After Heraklio their next stop was in Brindisi also for refueling. I had some problems with airport security for these pictures because I had entered the apron but finally everything was ok and I got my camera and some pictures back.
