| Remarks: | The airplane was taxiing for take off when it missed a turn and enter a wrong narrow taxiway. Its left wing collided with a building slicing off its roof and damaging the outer part of the wingtip. As BA had already started phasing out the older -400s, it was decided not to be repaired.
