| Remarks: | Very late afternoon during an exercise and my first sighting of one of the ex USN F-4Js in RAF service with 74 Squadron. These very quickly gained black fins, setting a trend for a colourful era of Phantoms in the UK but pictures are rarer without it!! Also as one of the last to be delivered the piant was barley grey!
